Jury motivation: “Vivianne graduated from the opera programme at the Stockholm University of the Arts in 2011, and soon after started as a soloist at the Royal Swedish Opera. During her studies, she performed roles such as Serpetta in Mozart’s La Finta Giardiniera and Despina in Cosi Fan Tutte at Drottningholms Slottsteater.”

About Vivianne Holmberg
Vivianne Holmberg is a soprano who has been a soloist at the Royal Swedish Opera since 2011. Her concert repertoire includes works such as Bach’s Passions, Händel’s Messiah, Mozart’s Requiem, Brahms and Rutter as well as Lars-Erik Larsson’s God in Disguise. In the summer of 2012, Vivianne performed at Drottningholms Slottsteater as a soloist alongside Peter Mattei in a scenic concert of music by Mozart.
